Happy Customer

Happy Customer Review... "Dave Brummet is an excellent drum teacher. I highly recommend him. He is able to teach to a student's particular needs and is very encouraging and knowledgeable."   ~ Cindy Golbeck  ~~~   Discover the Brummet's Books on Amazon :  https://www.amazon.com/stores/author/B0845RLK1X  Find Them Online via :  https://taplink.cc/brummet  https://linktr.ee/LillianBrummet ~~~

Answering Your Q's

Answering Your Q's Q: What channels, applications, platforms have you used?  A: I wrote a few dozen music genre articles that we not only publish on our blog, but also release to a wider audience through article distribution outlets. Initially we used EzineArticles.com for article distribution but it seems this site is closing down so we will need to seek out another distribution outlet soon. Those articles are also re-purposed for submissions to friendly blogs across the US, Canada and the UK.  I do have a personal FaceBook page, and the band Tantrum has one too, of course. I have a separate YouTube account that I hope to create music-related content for - but have not yet had time in my schedule to pursue the channel further.  Back in Nov 2020 we joined Google Business listing... and started the Drum It With Brummet blog in January '21.  The blog offers a regular post for recommended resources and there I have shared quite a few online platforms for musicians that I

Youth Rockin' It !

Youth Rockin' It ! One trend we have seen rising is that parents are increasingly becoming more supportive of their children exploring the arts. Sometimes prodigies emerge and begin an early career in painting, ceramics or baking. Today I would like to share a video of a group comprising entirely of talented youth - I think they are from one family - who are Totally Rocking IT !!! Watch the enthusiasm and joy in this video of Liliac   www.liliacband.com covering Enter SandMan  - And those are her real vocals by the way.  https://youtu.be/INouvLl1JiQ ~~~   Find us online via:  https://taplink.cc/brummet  ~~~

Musician Resources

Kootenay / Boundary Musician Resources The Kootenay & Boundary regions are filled with artists of all kinds including of course, musicians of all shapes and sizes playing noise makers of every kind you could imagine. :) If you don't reside or vacation here, don't worry you can still use these resources to network, sources to advertise, find places to query for gigs, etc. Many of the small and medium sized cities or communities are spread quite far apart and so, especially if you are new to the area, it can seem difficult to find others to network with.  Therefore we are doing a series of blog posts offering some online networking resources for you to check out. Some of these will be buy/sell related, but this will also give you insight as to instruments available and the people selling them. Interview with Inner Rhythms

Interview  with   Inner Rhythms Will Marc Maurice and I met on Facebook when he reached out to us to learn more about the drumming community in and around the Kootenay Region of BC Canada. Will resides and works from the beautiful Nakusp (BC) and after having a quick chat with him I was so impressed that we started introducing him to contacts and just had to have him on our blog for an interview about his new start-up business adventure (summer 2023).  Will wants our readers to know that he is not a drum repair guy a drum teacher - he facilitates drum circles, which is a totally different thing than a drum workshop.(That's Dave Brummet 's specialty) Will considers his drum circles as a " celebration of cultures " in a fun environment, where people simply play and have fun - rather than a classroom learning vibe. Will is an elementary teacher by trade with a passion hand drumming, and arts and crafts. He is most in his element when organizing and facilitating community

A Happy Client

"I've attended several of Dave's small group hand drum lessons and have had a great time at all.  Dave is a natural at teaching and keeping the group enthused.  I found his phonetic method of keeping various rhythms very helpful.  Having so many years of diverse drumming, Dave was a wealth of interesting insights into the drumming and music industry"  ~ Cory Cannon ~~~   Find us online via:  https://taplink.cc/brummet  ~~~
